Guarantee

Upon receipt of the product, check that it is complete and matches your order. Make sure there is no damage. Caution! Before inspecting the product, open the factory packaging without compromising its integrity. In case of damage to the goods, we recommend that you refuse to receive it from the carrier, make a return certificate, and contact our managers.

The warranty period for STIYSTIL products starts from the moment the buyer receives them. Information about the warranty period for specific products is contained in their description on our website. During the specified warranty period, you can contact us about possible product defects.

Warranty repair

Warranty repairs and return delivery at the expense of STIYSTIL are possible provided that the product has been properly operated and that there is no damage caused by the buyer. Warranty service does not cover normal wear and tear; malfunctions caused by overloading, careless operation, or exposure to liquid or dirt; or damage from outside objects. If a malfunction occurs due to improper use, repair and delivery are carried out at the expense of the buyer.

Exchange and return of goods

You can exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it remains in a resalable, like-new condition with the original factory packaging intact. We return the funds paid for a returned or exchanged item immediately after inspecting its condition and appearance. In the case of an exchange or return, the return shipping costs are paid for by the buyer.

Terms of exchange and return for certain categories of products:

Electric Height Adjustable Desks or standing desk converter “Solid”: You can return these items within 30 days of receiving them. To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that the product is in a resalable, like-new condition, with no traces of use (scratches, abrasions, or other defects).

Chairs: A chair can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is still in a resalable, like-new condition. Please note: assembled chairs (those with a gas lift) are non-refundable.

Standing Mats: A standing mat can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note: opened, used mats are non-refundable.

Goods made to order (with individually selected characteristics, such as size) are non-refundable.

Product Availability Status

If a certain product is available in sufficient quantity, the status “Available” is indicated in the appropriate field on the company’s website. The status “Check Availability” indicates that only a limited quantity of the product is available or that it is still in production. In this case, you may contact our managers at the phone number listed on the site for information about when the product will be available to order, and when it may be shipped. If a order is delayed, you can cancel it by phone.

Canceling Orders

If you decide to cancel your order, simply call. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the order back (provided that it remains in a resalable, like-new condition).

Please note: custom made-to-order goods which we have already started or finished producing are non-refundable.
